It's been five years since Susan Boyle took the world by storm with her shocking and surprising performance on Britain's Got Talent.  Where in the world is Susan Boyle today?

Anyone who has seen Boyle's original audition on Britain's Got Talent can't help but be amazed at what comes out of the mouth of this 47-year-old, unemployed woman.

The judges and the audience were laughing before she started singing. When she was done, everyone in the audience was standing, cheering, and applauding after hearing a most unexpected but completely incredible vocal performance.

Even if you've seen it before, watching her sing - and the reaction of the people is very emotional.

Five  years later, Susan Boyle has created five records, selling more than 19 million albums world wide, gone on national tours, and a posthumous duet with Elvis Presley.

According to the Daily Record, Susan is building a six-bedroom home at the place where she has lived since she was a baby. She revealed a few months ago that she suffers from Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism.

Susan continues to enjoy the success that came with her world wide exposure with her Britain's Got Talent audition. She travels and performs the music that has been inside of her since the age of 12. She is an inspiration and a testimony that there is no dream to big to dream.

By the way, in case you had forgotten, she didn't win Britain's Got Talent, she finished in second place.
