It's a question on many people's minds this time of year, when do we change our clocks for Daylight Saving Time?

We are getting closer, but it's not quite time to spring forward.

This  year, we move ahead one hour at 2AM on Sunday, March 13. Remember, it is always the second Saturday in March.

Spring time is a mixed blessing when it comes to the time change.  We are pretty happy about having more daylight in the evening, but we mourn the loss of one precious hour of sleep.

An obvious simple solution is go to bed one hour earlier on the night we spring ahead. The problem with that, however, is that nobody wants to go to bed early on the weekend. On the other side of the coin is the idea of sleeping an hour later than normal, consequently, losing absolutely none of your much needed beauty rest.

You still have time to plan your own personal strategy for dealing with this year's time change.
