Most of us feel like there aren't enough hours in the day to do everything we need to do and still find time to sleep. We can't increase the length of the day, but what if we could decrease or eliminate sleeping. What would happen?

Most people who don't get enough sleep feel pretty sluggish and this video does a good job of answering the question of what happens to your brain with out enough or any sleep.

That should make anyone want to climb into bed at a decent hour. But many still won't, opting instead for coffee and energy drinks to kick-start their brain into temporary action.
