Enjoy a video showcasing Western Colorado's fascination with the American fixation we call the automobile. Dates on these Robert Grant photographs range from the 1940's through the 1950's.

All photos are from the Grand Junction region. Keep you eyes open for a handful of Western Colorado landmarks, as they pop up form time to time in this video. The very last shot in the video was taken from atop the old Daily Sentinel building when it was located on Main Street across from the Avalon. Enjoy.
