You're never too old to go to college and there are even scholarships available for western Colorado adults, also known as non-traditional students, to attend a western Colorado college or university.

The Western Colorado Community Foundation are offering adult students who are at least 22-years of age or a re-entry student the opportunity to apply for a Lew Goodhart Memorial Scholarship.

Preference will be given to those who are western Colorado residents planning to attend a higher education institution in western Colorado.

Two $1,000 non-renewable scholarships will be awarded. Those interested can find more information and apply at the Western Colorado Community Foundation website. Application deadline is March 15th. Those with questions or needing information not on the website can call Cecile Aday at 970-243-3767.
