Watching Rainbow Bagels Being Made is as Fun as Eating One

A bakery figured out how to make bagels taste good and be incredibly colorful, too!

The Bagel Store in Brooklyn, New York has been making these colorful bagels for 20 years.

Eating these eye-catching bagels is a terrific treat, but it's also just as much fun seeing how the bakers get all of the different fluorescent colors into the popular treat.

The Bagel Store owner, Scott Rossillo, says the bagels are a combination of passion and art. He also says it takes an incredible amount of discipline - and obviously work - to create these multicolored  bagels.

As if the bagels aren't amazing enough, the bakery tops their rainbow bagels with their Funfetti cream cheese making them more like a piece of cake rather than a bagel.
