Unfortunate Dog Can’t Figure Out How to Retrieve Ball From a Chair [FAIL]

Sometimes, the simplest things in life can be the most confusing. Such is the case with this poor dog who tries, but can't figure out how, to get his ball off of a chair.

When the dog, named Teddy, walks around the chair you're ready to cheer at his success, only to be let down by yet another failure.

His owner does remark that while Teddy isn't the brightest, he's certainly cute. Hopefully, cute enough that his owner gives him a treat and gets the ball off the chair for Teddy to to play with.
