What do you think the most popular toys have been since 1950? One of them I've NEVER even heard of!

I found a new survey on Daily Mail that lists the "Most Popular Christmas Toys Since 1950" and was surprised that Legos came in last and Buzz beat out Barbi!

Here's the top ten!

  1. Cabbage Patch Dolls - I still have mine
  2. Rubik's Cubes - Hate these things
  3. Monopoly - So much money so little time
  4. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figures - They were cool when I was a kid, now they're kinda scary . . .
  5. Buzz Lightyear - Why not Woody?
  6. Barbie Dolls - No brainer
  7. Teletubbies - SCARY!!
  8. Furbies - SCARIER!!!
  9. Calico Critters (originally called "Sylvanian Families", more popular in England and Japan) - Don't even know what these are!
  10. Legos - Really?! Below Calico Critters!?

What was you favorite toy growing up, do you still have any?

Mine was the "My Little Ponies" and YES I still have over 300 of them!
