If you're like me and you're challenged carving a turkey, this simple method will make you look like a seasoned Thanksgiving professional in no time.

A couple of important tips to remember. Make sure you have a sharp knife and a good solid surface to cut on so the bird doesn't slide around. Also, don't cut the bird immediately after taking it out of the oven or all that juiciness will end up on the cutting board and not in the bird.
