A Katy, Texas teenager named Kyle Naeglei has found you don't have to go to a pond, lake or stream to find a good fishing hole. Some of his best are along (actually under) the road.

Kyle's unique ability to catch several varieties of fish from the town's storm drains has earned him the nickname, "The Fish Whisperer."

Kyle, who claims to have caught over 200 fish from storm sewers says he started fishing manholes because of a bet with his dad. By catching fish from the storm sewer, he won the bet and created what is best described as 'sewer fishing.'

Kyle does fish lakes and ponds but not always with the traditional rod and reel most fisherman use.

In case you're wondering what a fish caught in a storm drain tastes like, you should know Kyle says those are strictly catch and release.
