If you're a roller coaster lover like I am, you'll love taking a virtual ride on the Olympia Looping Roller Coaster. You'll also appreciate the fact this is the world's largest traveling looping roller coaster.

When I say traveling, I mean this coaster can be assembled anywhere there's enough room, (over 33-thousand square feet). You have to wonder how, with it's massive size, multiple loops and lack of permanent attachment to the earth, this roller coaster is even safe. Talk about genius in engineering.

On the subject of engineering, Olympia Looping was built in 1989 by German engineer Anton Schwarzkopf. It takes up to 20 trucks to move, weighs over 90 tons and in the loops expect g-forces of up to 5.2g

The Olympia Looping roller coaster is sometimes thought to resemble the Olympic Rings because it's five loops resemble the iconic trademark of the Olympics.
