The car show season essentially wrapped up this past weekend with the Fuoco Motor Company Downtown Car Show, and there were a lot of great vehicles in the show. Here's a look at my top 10  favorite cars from the show.

The 13th annual Downtown car Show last Saturday (September 27) showcased over 130 incredible automobiles making it difficult to pick one for the Kool 107.9 'Koolest Car Award.'

This year's downtown Grand Junction started off as the coldest morning so far this fall with temperatures in the 30s. It ended up a picture perfect day for people to see over 150 cars lining Main Street including this 1951 Henry J that had been turned into a "street-legal" racing machine. We picked it as our KOOLest car of the show. Here's a list of the other car show winners.

The 2012 Fuoco Motor Company Downtown Car Show turned time back a few decades recently. Each year the Downtown Association and Fuoco Motors invite cars from all over the western United States to gather in downtown Grand Junction making it look like time had turned back from everything to the 1980’s, to the 1920’s.
