Split Verdict in for Heather Jensen Trial

A Mesa County Jury came to a decision in the Heather Jensen case after she allegedly left her two young children in a running vehicle at Powderhorn in November.

Jensen was found not guilty on two counts of criminal negligence homicide, but was found guilty of child abuse and lying to authorities.

The jury has yet to decide Heather Jensen’s fate, and we will update the story when more information comes in.
