Rocks were the burglary tools used by a man who broke into a Grand Junction liquor store.

According to Crime Stoppers of Mesa County, around 11:30 p.m. on March 31 the suspect threw several rocks at and near the front door of Kokopelli Liquors at 2996 D Road.

After breaking the glass, the suspect entered the store and stole several bottles of liquor. The cost of the damage to the building and items stolen are estimated to be over $600.

The subject in this case is described as a Hispanic male approximately 18-25 years of age. He was dressed in black including a hoodie with a NIKE logo on the front.
