Scooter Riding Dog Sets Guinness World Record

There's something special about dogs performing human activities, especially when they set a world record. Which is exactly what Norman the French sheepdog did recently.

Norman traveled on the scooter unassisted 100 feet in 20 seconds, which unofficially makes him the Guinness World Record holder for this feat.
