A news reporter was so confident in a company's knife proof vest he offered to do a test on live television. Only one problem, the vest wasn't 'knife proof.'

The reporter opted to be the test dummy - emphasis on dummy - without realizing the vest was really only knife resistant.

The worst part, the person stabbing was an executive from the company that manufactures the vest.

After a trip to the hospital to have multiple superficial stab wounds stitched up, the reporter vowed to never let anyone stab him in the back again.
