Real Life People Who Have Halloweenish Names

Can you imagine going through life with the name Freddy Krueger? The fact is, there are at least five Freddy Krueger's in the U.S. plus thousands of others who have Halloweenish names.

The White Pages directory service has revealed thousands of people who have the same name as some famous horror icons.

For example, there are more than 4,000 people who have the same name as Halloween movie character Michael Myers. No less than 30 people are named Jason Voorhees, the hockey mask wearing killer in the Friday the 13th series.

There are five people named Freddy Krueger, known from Nightmare on Elm Street. Of course, we are wondering if any of the Freddies live on Elm Street.

At least 90 people have the name Norman Bates from Psycho, and at least 10 people share their name with Jack Torrance from The Shining.

More than 500 people have the last name Frankenstein, which they can't help. But, when it comes to first and last name combinations. a word of advice to parents would be to think before you name your kid. I mean, if your last name is Brown, surely you wouldn't name your son 'Charlie'. Or if your last name is Simpson, would you name your kid 'Bart' or 'O.J.?'

Ok, so if yourl last name is Myers, do your kid a favor and don't name him Michael.
