Rare Giant Ice Disc Spins on North Dakota River [VIDEO]
A rare giant ice disc, estimated to be about 50 feet in diameter, slowly spins in place in the Sheyenne River in North Dakota.
Experts say the phenomena (also known as an ice circle) is likely a combination of cold dense air and a slow moving eddy in the river.
