Fans can finally watch the long-sought-after coffee commercial featuring Paul Stanley, featured above, putting images together with a Folgers jingle that's been passed around since at least 2008.

Stanley filmed the spot in 2000, but it was reportedly never aired -- perhaps because focus groups expected something stronger than caffeine (like, say, cold gin?) to be in his cup. Or, maybe it was the strange incongruence of hearing the Kiss star singing, "Folgers stirs inside of me, and I know what I can be / The limit is the sky, hey, world watch me fly."

For his part, Stanley has never had second thoughts about the commercial. "Why not? I wasn't at all concerned with who thinks it is okay or not okay, cool or not cool, rock 'n roll or not," Stanley has said. "I had a blast doing it and isn't that what this is all about?"

Kiss, meanwhile, has announced shows through the summer of 2015 in Japan, Columbia, Argentina, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain and the UK.
