With the recent loss of a brother, two Palisade police officers hoped to bring a smile to the Grand Valley's face.

The Palisade Police Department in Palisade, Colo., shared this video on their Facebook page yesterday (Feb. 29) and it immediately went viral. Currently, the post has been shared over 6,000 times with almost 4,000 likes. **Don't miss the killer air-guitar solo around the three-minute mark.

Deb Funston, Palisade Police Chief, told WesternSlopeNow.com:

I think this is their way,  and I thought it was a very unique fun way, to get the message out that not only do they care about their fellow officers, but they care about their community, and they want the community to believe.

We salute you, officers, very nicely done.
