A dot matrix printer may be outdated, but apparently somebody with too much time on their hands figured out how to make it play rock and roll with an awesome rendition of "Eye of the Tiger."

The folks at Midi Desaster say the music is created by the frequency of the pins hitting against the paper. To rebuff those who would say it is fake, knowing way more about it than we do, they tell us a dot matrix printer has as many as 24 pins which can all oscillate at a different frequency. Normally, these are all on the same frequency, but for fun they decided to change it up -- and this is what they came up with. Brilliant!
