NFL Announcer Pat Summerall Passed Away at Age 82

Pat Summerall, longtime football announcer has passed away at the age of 82 in his Irving, Texas home.

Pat Summerall was THE voice of the NFL who worked a record 16 Super Bowls, his last Super Bowl was in 2002 alongside John Madden who he worked with for 21 seasons.

Summerall was a staple at most Dallas-Fort Worth Sunday home games during the 90s. He and Madden were normally assigned the NFL #1 attraction -- the Dallas Cowboys.
