National Anthem Singer Tryouts Scheduled

Tryouts to perform the national anthem during local athletic games have been scheduled for the next two Mondays in April.

The tryouts are scheduled for Monday, April 7 and again on Monday, April 14 in the chapel area Canyon View Vineyard Church located at 736 24 1/2 Road in Grand Junction. Start time for Auditions is 7:00 p.m. each night.

Representatives for the 2014 Alpine Bank Junior College World Series (JUCO), Colorado Mesa University athletics, and the Grand Junction Rockies will be in attendance, all searching for performers for their respective events.

Performers do not need to sign up in advance.
