Several American products are are available in different countries, but not necessarily with the same name. Sometimes, it's cultural differences, words that don't exist in a particular language or a product that already has the same name. Sometimes, the foreign names may actually be better than the original American name.

One of my favorites is calling diet cola 'light.' It takes away the stigma that you're on a diet and trying to lose weight.

After the series of creepy and odd king commercials, Burger King may be well advised to change their American name to one used in other countries.

Also, I love the idea of eating chips with 'cool American' flavoring. Now any US citizen can be cool just by eating a particular brand and flavor of tortilla or potato chip. Note, some countries also call ranch flavored chips cool original.
