Montrose authorities are searching for two men who stole credit cards and then used them to purchase items at a Montrose store.

According to the Montrose County Sheriff's Office, a group of credit cards was found near the Mountain Country Cafe at 3410 Williams Drive near Highway 550.

Investigation by authorities including the Montrose Police Department, determined the cards had been stolen and then used between May 16 and May 25 to purchase $2,364 in merchandise from the Montrose Target store.

Authorities were able to match the date and time of the purchases with security footage from the store to determine the two men in the photo were the people who used the stolen credit cards.
