The Montrose Police and Sheriff's Departments are searching for the people who set three vehicles on fire at an auto dealership.

According to Montrose Regional Crime Stoppers, on March 16th at approximately 2 a.m., the suspects punctured fuel tanks on vehicles at Pollard Brothers Motors located at 1880 North Townsend in Montrose in an attempt to steal gasoline. During the theft, three of those vehicles caught on fire.

Authorities do not currently have any solid leads or suspects in the case and are asking for help. If you witnessed unusual activity at the car dealership on the date of the fires or have information about the crime or suspects, you are asked to call Montrose Regional Crime Stoppers at 970-249-8500.
