Miss USA Doesn’t Know Her State Capital

This year's Miss USA is representing the state of Nevada, and she is a very attractive beauty queen, but don't ask her about her state's capital city.Nia Sanchez was on a morning radio when the host innocently asked her about the capital city of Nevada. Nia was stumped, and unable to come up with the answer. Fortunately for her, the radio host bailed her out to keep an extremely awkward moment from becoming even more awkward.

You could certainly forgive a soul for not knowing their state bird, song, or flower, but to not know your own state capital seems completely absurd. By the way, the capital of Nevada is Carson City.

Word of advice. If you are ever a contestant in the Miss USA Pageant - know the capital city of the state you represent. It will at least make you appear smarter.
