Mesa County Sheriff’s Office Invites You to ‘Coffee With a Cop’

Yeah, there's a possible joke about cops, coffee and donut shops, but this time the cops are inviting you to join them, sorry no donuts.

The Mesa County Sheriff's Office is hosting the event at the Clifton McDonald's restaurant Saturday (October 24) from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The event is open to anyone who wants to meet the deputies and have a casual conversation, ask questions and talk about any concerns they may have about public safety.

It also gives members of the Sheriff's Department a chance to meet and learn more about the people they serve in the community.

The restaurant will have food available for purchase for those who want to enjoy breakfast while visiting with the cops.
