A man calls up a BMW dealership to complain the car he bought from them drives very well during the day, but won't drive at night, leaving him stranded. The problem is, the dealership's customer service representative can't stop laughing about his predicament.

At the beginning, the call sounds like a legitimate problem. As the customer service representative attempts to get more information about the exact problem the man is having, she realizes the problem isn't the car, but the driver.

As the man's story unfolds, the woman on the other end realizes she's the victim of a prank and finds herself enjoying the escapade even more than the prankster.
