Mainers Trying – and Failing to Pronounce Colorado Town Names

My guess is that most people living in Maine have probably never been to Colorado, so asking them to try and pronounce a few common Colorado place names is probably like asking for the moon.

In all fairness to our friends from the northeast, not all of the place names are that common. Cheraw? Never heard of it, let alone know how to pronounce it.

However, it is pretty comical watching these poor souls try to say the names of places so common here in Western Colorado like De Beque and Paonia. We'll have a good time laughing at them - and I'm sure they are getting a good laugh at us trying to say the names of towns from Maine.
