In the 1976 movie 'Rocky', the movie's art department made a big mistake which required a change in the script. Take a look at how this scene, featuring Sylvester Stallone's character Rocky Balboa, the night before the big fight at Madison Square Gardens was modified to cover the error.

Rocky pointing out the poster of him was wrong was actually a legitimate mistake. Rather than make a new poster with the correct color boxing trunks, the script was changed.

Personally, I think changing the script, rather than the poster, only added to the feeling that Rocky was very much the disrespected underdog portrayed in the movie.
