Our annual Stuff the Bus campaign winds down this weekend and we need donations of school supplies!

This weekend (August 6, 7) the Student Transportation of America bus will be parked at the Rimrock Walmart from 9AM-4PM both days and we want to fill it full of school supplies.

Donated supplies for Stuff the Bus will be distributed to Mesa County schools, which will then get them into the hands of kids who don't have the supplies they need for their class work.

When shopping for school supply donations it is best to keep it basic. Paper, notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, erasers, folders, rulers, glue, markers, and backpacks all make great donations.

We have some other Stuff the Bus drop off locations for you as well including Western Rockies Federal Credit Union on North Avenue and in Fruita, and also at  Mesa Mall. St. Mary's Hospital is also doing a drive to support Stuff the Bus, and we will be picking up those donations on Friday. If you prefer,  you can make a cash donation here.

If everyone would just do a little for Stuff the Bus, together we could all make a huge impact on the lives of many students starting out the school year. Can we count on you?
