Ingenious Beer Glass Forces People To Stop Using Their Mobile Phone

You're at a restaurant or a bar wanting to relax and have some friendly conversation and the other person seems more focused on their mobile phone than you. Frustrating, isn't it? Now, thanks to a Brazilian company there's a solution, the 'Offline Glass.'To put it simply, the glass won't stand up without being supported by a mobile phone. While still in the testing phase at a Brazilian bar, the hope is that people will disconnect from their phones and carry on real conversations with the people around them.

While I love the concept the question is, will this actually become popular or is this just another fleeting fad soon to be forgotten?
