Howie Mandel’s House Covered by Toilet Paper in Outrageous Prank [VIDEO]

You may have, at some point in your life, toilet papered someone's trees, yard or home. What you may have done is no comparison to this outrageous prank pulled on Howie Mandel.

Mandel, one of the judges on the television show, America's Got Talent, got to see a whole different kind of talent when he arrived home to find the front of his house covered with about 4,000 rolls of toilet paper.

Some would consider this vandalism, but with Mandel's wife in on the prank, it would be a hard case to make.

There are also those who consider this a wasteful use of a household necessity, an opinion I share.

Still, everyone seemed to have fun, including the Mandels. The big question is, who's responsible for cleaning up the mess? Plus, what will they do if it rains? At that point the whole thing turns from prank to a huge, and probably expensive, mess to clean up.
