Grand Junction Fireworks Wow Record Crowd at Suplizio Field

A record crowd was wowed by fireworks Friday night at Suplizio Field in Grand Junction.

The announced attendance at the Colorado Mesa Mavericks baseball game was 5,172 - a new record for NCAA Division II baseball. The old record was 4,468 set last season by RMAC rival CSU Pueblo.
