Less than a year ago, Clifton resident Andres Sanchez won $1,000 with a radio contest with KEKB's parent company, Town Square Media. Rather than running out and making a down payment on a new boat or making a run to Las Vegas, Andres chose to put the money to work with an organization close to his heart.  This Saturday, those struggling to make ends meet can receive new clothing via Andres and "Hope Starts With Extended Hands" Ministry.

The mission behind the ministry is to help individuals and struggling families needing decent clothing. "Hope Starts With Extended Hands" distributes free clothing to the community on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, from 9am to 11am, at the Hope Room at 2867 Orchard Avenue.

Our goal is to reach out to them with loving hands and ultimately share the wonderful love of God!" - Hope Starts With Extended Hands Ministry

The next distribution will be this Saturday, August 9th, 2014. For more information, log on to www.jctcc.net.
