On the Cranium Kruncher today I asked the question, "According to a survey, body builders in training say this is the food they miss eating the most--what is it?" The answer was French Fries. And it got me to thinking about what foods I would miss the most IF I was a body builder.(note the emphasis on IF) So here is my list-in no particular order......pizza (sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese), chili cheese dogs,  Lays potato chips, donuts(especially cake donuts with maple frosting, or powdered sugar) sugar cookies, and anything along the line of pancakes, waffles, and French Toast. (and now that I think about it, bacon HAS to be on the list)

Could I live without these  sinful foods? Yes! Could I live HAPPILY without these foods? Doubtful. The truth is, I eat all of the above--in moderation. But the way I see it, life is a journey, and like the old  Mac Davis song says
"you got to stop and smell the roses along the way." Pancakes and waffles are the roses that line my  journey's path. I may not stop to smell them as often as I would like, but I guarantee you I WILL  be making some stops.
