The only worse thing in golf than a bad shot is a great shot, that doesn't count. PGA golfer Padraig Harrington knows this first hand after his experience Sunday at the Byron Nelson Championship.

Harrington hit a marvelous shot from 63 yards out on the par 4 #11. The ball bounces into the cup - and then bounces out stopping just inches from the hole. Holing the shot on his second stroke would have been an eagle, but instead he had to settle for a tap-in birdie.

I have holed in from 60  yards away - it was my second shot after a terrible tee shot in the par 3 hole #3 at TIara Rado Golf Course in Grand Junction. But, I have never had a ball bounce out of the cup before.
