A Go Fund Me account has been established for a Fruita man fighting for his life.

In 2011, Adam Callow was diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas and has been battling the disease ever since.

Adam underwent major cancer surgery in 2012, and eventually was able to return to work. However, in January of this year, doctors discovered a large cancer growth on his pancreas that had spread to his liver.Since then, he has been undergoing strong chemotherapy treatments.

A Go Fund Me account was established by his sister, Melissa, to offer help and support during this battle. The goal is to raise $60,000 and we just wanted to bring some awareness of this need to those that would like to help out.

Battling cancer can be a lonely fight, and it is always good to know that your friends and community are standing with you through the fight.
