George Thorogood Coming to the Avalon Theater

Get Ready Rock-N-Roll fans, because on October 1st the ‘Gear Jammer’ himself Mr. George Thorogood is coming to the Avalon Theater. Thorogood is out with his band the Destroyers celebrating 40 years of Rock-N-Roll and they are going to stop here in Grand Junction for a show.

The last time George Thorogood played in town was 10 years ago and he put on a great show that night.

Thorogood released his first album in 1977 and since then has put 16 studio albums, 5 live albums and 6 compilation releases. He will add to that this fall when he will release his ‘Live at Montreux’ DVD.
