Watching this funny argument over the legal definition of photo copier will make you smile--and gives you an idea of the absurdity that goes on in American court rooms.

The scene played out in this video is a re-enactment of an actual case from the Ohio Supreme Court. The transcript is taken word-for-word from the deposition in the case from 2010 when the county recorder's office was sued over  a change in policy regarding making documents available to the public.

For most of us, the extent of our court room experience is Law & Order. While the television show Law & Order may not be real, it certainly gives us a realistic look at some of the loopholes that exist in the system, and the way lawyers manipulate the system by getting their clients to answer questions in a particular fashion - or not answer them (see video)

What makes this video so funny is the fact that it is absolutely real - word for word from the actual transcript.
