A bear has been roaming the neighborhoods of Fruita, Colo., and one resident caught the beast on video in their neighbor's yard.

This black bear has been "terrorizing" Fruita the past week, putting local schools on "shelter in place." Some residents claim they've seen two bears, possibly a mama, and her cub.

This video was caught by YouTuber, Heather Petrocco, who shot the video of the bear in her neighbor's backyard. According to the video description, the bear chased off a lamb and then headed to her neighbor's sheep pen. Petrocco phoned her neighbors to warn them so they could chase it off.

The Colorado Parks and Wildlife suggests to residents if a bear is seen on their property to do their best to chase it off. Make noise, clap, or blow a whistle, but never approach the bear.
