The Alpine Bank Junior College World Series is nearly four months away, but with tickets going on sale it seems so much closer.

Yes, baseball fans, it's true - JUCO tickets are now on sale. I know -  it's not even Valentine's Day yet. It's kind of like when you start seeing Christmas decorations in stores way before Halloween. It seems wrong, but, yet, it's not.

The fact is, I am so happy to talk about spring events that sharing JUCO ticket news is like an explosion of happiness in my heart. So, here's what you need to know about JUCO tickets.

The first thing you need to know is that reserved tournament passes --the passes that get you into every JUCO game - are on sale right now. If you want to save 10%, get your tournament pass before February 15.

If you had a reserved pass last year and you want to keep the same seats,  you need to reserve your tickets by March 29 by calling 800-591-5826. Any reserved seats not renewed by that time will be released to the general public on April 1.

If you are reserving a tournament pass for the first time- or it's been a while - call the 800 number or go to the JUCO website and find the "Tournament" tab and scroll down to ticket information.

Reserved and general admission single-game tickets will go on sale Apil 26.
