Take a tour of one of Rabbit Valley’s most impressive bone beds, the Split Rock site. This ancient river channel of sand and gravel has produced hundreds of bones of sauropods as well as Stegosaurus, Allosaurus and Othnielia. We’ll hike approximately one mile and see several large blocks of rock containing these bones. It’s a fun hike with great views.
