El Paso County Sheriff Will Ignore Some New Some Gun Laws

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — El Paso County Sheriff Terry Maketa says he plans to ignore some new gun laws being considered by lawmakers.

Maketa said at a meeting yesterday he would only enforce some of the proposed new laws if the county could be held liable for any damages caused by his department's lack of enforcement.
