Body of Denver Man Believed Found After He Goes Missing While Dirt Biking In Grand Junction

The Mesa County County Sheriffs Department  and Mesa County Search & Rescue are searching for a Denver man who went missing on Saturday while dirt biking in Grand Junction.

A 34-year-old man from Denver was reported overdue Monday night when he didn't return home.

He left Denver on Saturday for dirt biking in the desert in Grand Junction

The authorities have located his vehicle and have about 20 volunteers in the field looking for him, including a helicopter and airplane.

[UPDATE] Searchers did find a body in the desert north of Grand Junction, and they believe it is Nolus Sunoon, a Denver man that went missing this weekend. More details to follow.
