Take a very low railroad overpass, combine that with some tall trucks and it's a disaster just waiting to happen over and over again.

What surprises me is there is ample warning with flashing lights, signs and plenty of yellow warning stripes. You'd think truck drivers would know the height of their vehicle and avoid this section of road. Give one driver credit for recognizing he was too tall for the bridge. Unfortunately, he took out some road signs avoiding the overpass.

I personally witnessed something similar in Phoenix when a truck hauling a large track-hoe hit a bridge. The damage to the overpass looked pretty minimal, the equipment on the trailer however, was probably going to need a lot of repair.
