Community Food Bank of Grand Junction Needs Your Help
The Community Food Bank of Grand Junction has done incredible work in this community feeding the hungry for many years and now they need your help. Their lease is up at the current location at 200 South Spruce Street. They are in the process of moving to a new facility in January. This means new costs as they prepare to relocate.
The Community Food Bank always appreciates donations of food items, but cash donations can go even further since they are able to purchase food much cheaper than you can thanks to the kindness of food retailers in our area that work with them.
There are many ways you can help. You can donate cash, organize a food drive or even buy a virtual box of food for a family. For more info on what their needs are, check out the Community Food Bank of Grand Junction website.
They virtually never turn anyone away. That is one of the many reasons we encourage you to help them if you can.
If you and/or your family are in need, the Community Food Bank wants to help. They have no income qualifications and sometimes even pet food and toiletries are available. They virtually never turn anyone away. That is one of the many reasons we encourage you to help them if you can.
