Coloradoans Fail at Pronouncing Maine Names

There are some very tough to pronounce names and places in Colorado, but in Maine, the names are almost a foreign language to these Colorado residents.

This started as a challenge to determine which of the two states - Colorado or Maine - had the most difficult names to pronounce.

Maybe it's because I'm from Colorado, but even the most difficult names in our state pale in comparison to those in Maine.

As you watch the video, you'll see Zane and I, and we're both pretty literate guys, along with other Coloradoans absolutely annihilate some of the pronunciations. It's both a bit embarrassing and all-out hilarious to watch.

I can't wait to see what our friends in the northeast do with the list of Colorado names. Here are a couple we sent them -- Paonia and Saguache. Think they can handle it?
