Colorado Weed Strongest in the World, or So They Say
Colorado tokers know they can get some killer weed now that recreational marijuana is legal, but neighboring states are concerned it’s too potent.
Colorado’s marijuana is high quality and high potency which make it some of the most powerful weed in the world, and neighboring state officials are saying it’s some of the most potent weed they’ve ever tested.
Genifer Murray, founder and CEO of CannLabs Inc. in Denver told the Gazette:
Since we started testing years ago, the numbers are exponentially higher. In the 1980s, it was 3 to 5 percent. Now we have seen our highest pot for THC at 29.4 percent.”
In Amsterdam, that would be considered ‘skunk’ pot which is marijuana that contains more than 15% THC or higher.
The Dutch government considers weed with this high of a THC content on par with heroine, and have proposed a ban on pot of that level stating it’s a ‘hard drug.’
Colorado pot is so potent that in some states it’s driving out the Mexican weed that has always been available, but now indulgers are looking for the good stuff.
Any seasoned ent can tell the difference just by the look and smell of the buds, you know when you have Colorado weed.
